When an incident happens on site, the principal contractor and client expect a flash report the same day and a full investigation report within days — with corrective actions that stop it from happening again.

CMK Safety Solutions investigates incidents as your appointed incident investigator (General Administrative Regulations, Reg 9): statements, photos and evidence from the safety file, the legislation that applies, the root cause and practical corrective actions.

We also guide you on Section 24 reporting under the OHS Act 85 of 1993 and COIDA, and train supervisors to investigate incidents themselves.
